MUSICIANSFOOD TRUCKS

For Musician Bookings

We are very hoppy that you are interested in performing at HY62!

A few items you need to know before requesting a Friday or Saturday booking:

  • Is under Hop Yard 62’s discretion to cancel any booking at any time for any reason.
  • If you have not performed at Hop Yard 62 before, we may ask that you perform on a Thursday Nashville Night first.
  • We would like musicians to play from 8-11 pm. Please come in early enough to set up before your start time.
  • Our space is small. We can only accommodate a one- or two-person band.
  • Please bring your own PA.
  • We will need a write up on the band, pictures, and a website or social media link so we can promote your gig on our own social media pages.
  • If you have to cancel less than 72 hours before you perform, please find a replacement for your gig.
  • Pay: $100 per gig and $25 bar tab.

A few items you need to know before requesting a THURSDAY “Nashville Night” booking:

  • This night is to highlight local talent and bring in musicians that normally don’t have a gig on Thursday nights.
  • We would like musicians to play from 7-9:30 PM. Please come in early enough to set up before your start time.
  • Our space is small. We can only accommodate a one- or two-person band.
  • Please bring your own PA.
  • We will need a write up on the band, pictures, and a website or social media link so we can promote your gig on our own social media pages.
  • If you have to cancel less than 72 hours before you perform, please find a replacement for your gig.
  • Pay: As is it is done in Nashville, TN., pay is ALL TIPS and a $15 bar tab.

If we accept your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email from info@hopyard62.com with your confirmed date.

 

For Food Truck Bookings

We would like Food Trucks to be available from 6-9 pm. Please give yourself at least 30 minutes before your start time to set up.

You will park on the sidewalk just beside our location, near the gazebo and between two city light posts. You will have approximately 28 feet with which to work. Please see the PARKING DETAILS FOR TRUCK PLACEMENT diagrams detailing where your truck will be placed. Be aware as you go up on the curb if you have any generators or other items that hang low on the truck. We have an alternative location if that is the case.

The City of Grove City requires a $20 fee to be paid. We can pay it up front and you can reimburse us, or you can drop it off at the City. If you are going to pay us, you can use Paypal and send payment to info@hopyard62.com.

We would recommend that you have printed copies of your menu to bring into the bar for our customers to read.

If we accept your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email from info@hopyard62.com with your confirmed date.

 


Now that you have read through our guidelines, submit a Gig Request to us through the form below.

Things to note on the calendar that will appear:

  • We schedule musicians and food trucks only on Fridays and Saturdays. You will be unable to select any other days of the week.
  • We only schedule one music event or food truck per evening.
  • If a date is already marked red (booked) on the calendar, someone has beat you to that date. Don’t select that date! If the booked party cancels on us, we will remove the booking and it will again show as available.
  • If a date is marked yellow (pending), you may still submit your request for that date, but be aware that you already have competition and we typically schedule on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Musicians play from 8 pm to 11 pm. Food trucks serve from 6 pm to 9 pm.
