Fundraisers and Donations are important to Hop Yard. Please keep in mind that while we would love to be able to participate in
everything, sometimes we must respectfully decline. We have prepared a few guidelines for all fundraisers and donations to help expedite the process. Please carefully read through them before proceeding to the application.

Donation requests:

We are always happy to consider requests for donations of Hop Yard swag for fundraisers and events. Must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the event start date. Any requests that do not meet this deadline will be automatically declined. All other requests will be reviewed. Due to budget restrictions, not all donation requests will be approved.

School Auctions/Functions:

Just as we are not allowed to advertise in any of the local school sporting programs, we do not donate items to schools at this time. We feel that schools, kids and beer are not a good fit for us. The same applies to individual causes – there are just too many (a few exclusions may apply).

**Due to Ohio state law, we are not legally allowed to donate beer to events.


We only do one big fundraiser each year (Pelotonia). Pelotonia takes place in June of each year.

Who do you donate to?

You, your organization, or the person benefiting from the donation must be in the 43123 zip code or within a 5 mile radius.
